Q: How do I create an account?
A: Please click on "Create an Account" under Customer Care at the bottom of our page, or on the top right above the Cart button.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Standard shipping transit times can take up to 4 business days depending on your location.

Q: Why isn't my coupon working?
A: Please be advised that under our Terms of Service, discount codes may apply to certain items only and for a certain period of time. 

Q: Can I get a discount if I buy "x" amount of bats?
A: Please contact customerservice@mbateamsports.com to inquire about any bulk sales.

Q: Are the bats brand new?
A: Yes. All of our bats are brand new and the aluminum/composite bats come with original wrapping + 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Q: Can I pick up my order at your store?
A: Yes. You can email us at customerservice@mbateamsports.com or call us directly at 1 (714) 619-9854 to check item availability for pick-up.

Q: I lost my receipt and need one for warranty purposes. Do you have a copy of my receipt?
