If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help!
*Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must be unused
- All unused, new bats must be in their original "shrink wrapped" packing
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless the wrong item (wrong size, color, or model) was sent, or the item got damaged or broken during transit.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless a product was shipped in error.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@mbteamsports.com with the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Order # and date
- Picture of item/s (needs to show size/model)
- Method of Refund (store credit or refund)
Additional Information:
- All returns are processed the same day we receive them; your credit card statement may take 48 to 72 hours before the credit reflects on your statement.
- Shipping fees for returns will be paid by the customer unless the wrong item (wrong size, color, or model) was sent, or the item got damaged or broken during transit.
- Restocking fees of 15% of item’s price may be charged if returned after receiving the item
- Restocking fees of 20% of item’s price may be charged if returned used, no tag or no original wrapping
- The refund process for lost/unreceived items or late deliveries may take up to 90 days

- Lost or Damaged Items must be reported within 30 days of the ship date. If items are reported after 30 days we are not able to offer a refund for the item.
Returning a New Bat (unused and unopened)
All unused, new bats in their original "shrink wrapped" packaging may be returned to MBATeamSports.com within 7 days of purchase. Outbound shipping charges paid by MBATeamSports.com are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless a product was shipped in error. Please see above for complete details.
Returning Defective or Damaged Bats (out of the wrapper)
All defective or damaged aluminum and composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturers' phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase. The manufacturer's warranty will cover dents or cracks in the bat or broken or loose end caps. The warranty will not cover paint scratches, chips, or damage to the grip of the bat.
