Shipment processing time
All orders are processed in 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after 1 PM PST may be processed on the next business day.
During holiday seasons, such as Christmas, or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days for processing time as well as transit times. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Normally, shipping takes about 3-5 business days depending on your location. MBATeamSports.com may change the carrier of the shipment insofar the delivery days do not exceed 5 business days.
All other shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Based on the distance from our store, the weight and the dimensions of the package, shipping charges may vary.
The delivery estimates shown at check-out are not guaranteed, as they do not include processing times or weather conditions. Please use the tracking number in the confirmation email for a better estimate of the delivery date. MBATeamSports.com does not issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier.
We offer free shipping on orders over $300 for customers in the 48 contiguous states of the US. With our standard ground shipping services, your items will arrive safely at your doorstep. (U.S. Minor outlying islands, Alaska, Hawaii excluded)
To qualify for this offer, your order must have a total value of $300 or more, before taxes and shipping fees are applied.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MBATeamSports.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes, addresses within the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes
MBATeamSports.com is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
MBATeamSports.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will file a claim to the shipment carrier, but the refund will be given only after the claim process is completed.
International Shipping Policy
MBATeamSports.com does not ship outside the U.S.
